	What are "Teams"   At Illini Middle School, students are grouped into teams that consist of two, three, and even four teachers.  Students attend their academic classes from the teachers on their team and are given unique opportunities to achieve academic success while working in smaller groups.   To view information that has been posted by a particular team, please click on the links to the left.

The vision of Illini Middle School is to promote success, achievement, and high expectations within a child-centered school while cultivating a respect for the individual and encouraging students to make sound personal choices and decisions.  The teachers firmly believe that they can make a difference in student achievement.  Students, teachers, and parents should share a mutual respect, viewing each other as partners in the educational process.  Parents will be encouraged to be actively involved in various aspects of the school experience.
